Wallachia
Wallachia MCD
Starts with a acoustic intro with flute like keyboards before it breaksout
into some ghastly form of metal much like Gehennas brilliant "First Spell"
The music is dark and very atmospheric with lots of feeling and nice
riffs. The production isn't very good, but what really ruins it is the
horrible vocals. They sound like some demon voice from a poor horror movie
and that could be cool, but it's not made for singing. They are really
original to say the least, but they don't fit at all. No, some dark and
whispering or cruel grim ones would have been great. Stil after a few
songs one gets to almost like the vocals. I don't know why, but they seem
to get better the more you hear them. The music is even slower then
Gehenna and completely keyboard based, with guitars only as ackompination.
For you who want something different and original with brilliant music.
4 songs and almost 30 min. is alot of music for a MCD.
