Tool Cormpt Norz Norz Norz

A finish band, sort of the kings of the genre over in our brotherly land. I like most finish bands and these guys are no exception, although this debut album isn't one of their top records. A few of the songs are very good B.M. with great well played riffs and a bit unusual vocal part that's more aggressive then most others. Over all this is a very good first release if it wasn't for those weird intro/outro parts that makes it fall in popularity. There's too damn many of them (17 tracks only 6 real songs).

Ugra Karma

With this release Impaled Nazarine shows that their worthy opponents to the Norwegians and Swedes. A album with only good songs and no damn intros/outros here. It has also got better sound and better producing plus that the layout is much more professional then the previous. This has got to be one of Finland's best albums in the genre.

Suomi Finland Perkele

It's banned in France because of the title! With this release I.N. takes a new turn towards the more melodic rock sound that so many other bands has done before. But with a big difference, I.N. is still very good. I'm not sure you could call this B.M. anymore. I like this album very much although I miss some of the old sound. Musically it's more heavy rock and nationalism over the thing and the sound, the production and the mixing are great. It's a interesting twist for the band and I'm eager to se where it ends.

Latex Cult

I had big expectations for this album and I must say I wasn’t' disappointed, although the material is their badest it's still a very good album. It stars of with a sucky intro with air strike alarms and a bunch of noises. Then hell explodes and it's back to the old brutal Impaled Nazarine we all love so much. It's Extremely fast and brutal as we where used to. The vocals is nowadays sounding a bit more like Bewitched but in this case it fits the music. The lyrics are as repulsing and satanic perverted as always. The mixing of the album is my biggest disappointment, because you can't feel all the great guitar work as in old times. You can still hear them faintly in the background but it's not the same. The material isn't their best but it's good enough so who cares, that way next album can be better. This album is not as good as Suomi Finland Perkele but I'm still glad they choosed to go back to their old style, because that's what Impaled Nazarine is all about, and the "Suomi..." style could have developed into something ugly. A cool thing is mentioning Chirac in the "thank you" list. Another sad thing is the playing time of only 30 min. as always.
